Sustainability at the Core
What is Tomorrow Matters?

Tomorrow Matters, our sustainability initiative, reflects House of Hiranandani’s long-term commitment to the environment.

As the initiative evolves, it continues to shape our environmental priorities through clear goals defined for five years, ensuring that the actions we take today contribute meaningfully to a better tomorrow for generations to come.

Our Sustainability Goals
At House of Hiranandani, every project balances progress with preservation. Driven by clearly defined core pillars that guide how we build spaces that respect nature, nurture communities, and inspire generations.
  • Grow green
Plant 25,000 tress to conserve biodiversity.
  • Waste wise
Recycle upto 18,000 kgs of plastic waste.
  • Eco-Enlighten
Equip 1,00,000 individuals with actionable knowledge.
  • Energy Smart
Generate 7 million kWh of solar energy to cut energy use.
Our Social Efforts
As part of its commitment to social responsibility, House of Hiranandani undertakes several impactful CSR initiatives throughout the year.

The restoration of Kavesar Lake focused on reviving a vital natural water body through ecological rehabilitation and long-term conservation. This initiative enhanced local biodiversity, improved water quality, and strengthened the surrounding ecosystem for the community.
  • Retention and protection of existing
    wells across townships

By retaining and safeguarding traditional wells within our townships, we preserve natural water sources and support groundwater recharge. This effort reflects a commitment to water conservation rooted in respect for existing natural infrastructure.
  • Pioneers of Miyawaki Forestation

As early adopters of Miyawaki forestation, we create dense, fast-growing green ecosystems using native plant species. These micro-forests restore biodiversity, improve air quality, and accelerate ecological regeneration within urban environments.
  • Plant-a-thon

For every virtual tree planted by an individual on our website, we planted two real saplings on their behalf, amplifying the impact of each contribution. This plantation drive not only enhanced the green cover but also provided cleaner, fresher air for the community, preserving local biodiversity & also generating employment opportunities for the local community. This drive was done in collaboration with the NGO Green Yatra, where we planted 500 native trees at Vithumai Tekdi in Pune.
  • Plog Runs

Plog runs, an activity that combines jogging with picking up litter, encouraging participants to care for the environment while staying active. We’ve conducted plog runs at Upvan Lake & Kasarvadavli Lake, as a preludes to our Hiranandani Thane Half Marathon editions 10 & 11, in collaboration with Mumbai Ploggers. Each plog run reinforces the idea that small, conscious actions—taken together—can create a cleaner, greener tomorrow.
  • Beach Cleanup Drive with Beach Please

We collaborated with Beach Please for a large-scale beach clean-up at Dadar Beach, bringing together over 650 volunteers. The collective effort focused on removing waste from the shoreline, helping restore the natural coastal environment and reduce harm to marine life. The drive demonstrated the impact of community participation in environmental action—showing how coordinated, hands-on efforts can create cleaner, healthier public spaces and stronger environmental awareness.
  • Conscious Innovation
